Terms of Service
Last updated: July 29, 2026
These terms govern your use of TegoPrint (tegoprint.com), operated by Tego LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in Houston, TX. By creating an account, placing an order, or using our API, you agree to them.
1. What TegoPrint is
TegoPrint is a print-on-demand and fulfillment platform: we print, pick, pack, and ship products from our own production facility, either for merchants who connect their stores or for customers who buy directly from our shop.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.
3. Your artwork and content
- You keep ownership of designs you upload. You grant Tego LLC a limited license to store, process, and print them solely to fulfill your orders.
- You warrant that you have the rights to every design you submit. You are solely responsible for trademark, copyright, and publicity-right clearance, and you will indemnify Tego LLC against claims arising from your content.
- We refuse content that is unlawful, infringing, or hateful, and may cancel such orders at any time with a refund of amounts paid for the affected items.
4. Orders, pricing, and payment
- Merchant fulfillment is billed to your TegoPrint wallet (production plus actual shipping) when an order ships. Optional fees (rush processing, additional packages, samples) are billed as they occur. All charges are itemized in your statements.
- Shop purchases are paid at checkout via our payment processor (Stripe).
- Prices can change; changes never apply retroactively to paid orders.
- Applicable sales tax is collected where required.
5. Production and delivery estimates
“Ships by” dates and turnaround estimates are computed from our live production queue and are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Carrier transit times are outside our control once a package is handed off.
6. Returns and reprints
Our Returns & Reprints policy is part of these terms. In short: defective prints are reprinted free; custom-printed items are otherwise non-returnable; blank items can be returned within 30 days unused.
7. API use
- API keys are per-organization and must not be shared.
- Respect the published rate limits; we may throttle or revoke abusive access.
- We version the API by path and only add fields — breaking changes get a new version.
8. Sales channels and marketplace compliance
- When you connect a store on a third-party channel (Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, or any other marketplace), you remain the seller of record in that channel. TegoPrint acts only as your production and fulfillment partner.
- You are solely responsible for complying with each channel's policies and terms. For example, Etsy requires sellers who use a fulfillment partner to disclose that partner as a production partner on their listings — making and maintaining that disclosure is your obligation, not ours.
- Tego LLC is not responsible for actions a marketplace takes against your account or listings — including suspensions, delistings, holds, or terminations — whether or not related to your use of TegoPrint. You will indemnify Tego LLC against claims arising from your violation of a third-party channel's terms.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tego LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the affected order in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
10. Connected store channels (Etsy and others)
When you connect a sales channel, you authorize us to read that store's paid orders so we can produce and ship them, and to write shipment tracking back to the order. We request only the data needed to fulfill your orders, we act as your service provider for it, and we never contact your buyers directly on your behalf — the channel sends its own shipping notifications. You remain responsible for your store's own compliance, including disclosing TegoPrint as a production partner where the channel requires it. You can disconnect a store at any time from your Stores page, which revokes our access going forward.
The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This Application uses Etsy's API, but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.
DISCLAIMER: THIS APPLICATION IS SOLELY PROVIDED BY TEGO LLC (THE “APPLICATION DEVELOPER”). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ETSY, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Harris County, Texas.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
