Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 29, 2026
This policy describes what Tego LLC(“TegoPrint”) collects, why, and who touches it. The short version: we collect what fulfillment genuinely needs, we don't sell personal data, and payments never touch our servers.
1. What we collect
- Account data — name, email, organization details (via our authentication provider, Clerk).
- Order data — items, artwork files you upload, recipient names and shipping addresses (required to print and deliver).
- Payment data— handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never reach TegoPrint servers; we store only Stripe's references.
- Store connections — order and fulfillment data from stores you connect (Shopify, WooCommerce). Access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM).
- Cookies — a session cookie for signed-in use and a cart cookie for the shop (variant ids and quantities only — never prices, never personal data).
2. What we use it for
- Printing, packing, shipping, and tracking your orders.
- Billing, statements, and fraud prevention.
- Transactional email (order and shipping notifications).
- Support and service improvement. No third-party ad tracking.
3. Who we share it with
Only processors needed to run the service:
- Stripe — payments
- EasyPost + carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) — labels and delivery
- Vercel / Neon — hosting and database
- Clerk — authentication
- Your connected store platforms — order/tracking sync you initiated
We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
4. Public tracking pages
Tracking pages (/track) show only the merchant's brand, shipment status, item names, and a city/state-level destination — never street addresses, emails, phone numbers, or prices.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep order records as long as needed for accounting and warranty obligations. You can request deletion of your account data at info@tegoprint.com — we'll remove what the law doesn't require us to keep.
6. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new date.
